I worked on Juju [1], a tool which automates cloud deployments and application management. My major contributions included:- Integrating Juju with observability tools such as Loki and Prometheus, including implementing a new feature in Pebble [2] to forward logs to Loki.- Improvements to the CI pipeline in GitHub Actions.- Autogenerating documentation from source code.- Assisting with a major refactoring project migrating the underlying data model from MongoDB to SQL.- General bug fixing and implementation of features.I had to work extensively with Kubernetes, containers (LXD), and public clouds such as AWS.
