With over nine years of mortgage experience and more than 14 years in the industry, Barrett Power enjoys nothing more than the smile on the face of a satisfied customer when they close on their new home. He strives to create a positive, comfortable home buying experience for all his clients.Taking a note from his father, who has more than 40 years of mortgage experience, Barrett stresses the importance of creating a personal relationship with each client. From the first meeting to the closing table, he’s always available to address any questions or concerns his clients may have. Barrett sets clear expectations up front with his clients and then works to do everything he can to deliver on those expectations.“It’s a very rewarding feeling knowing that you gave it your all and helped someone get into their dream house,” he says. From the newlywed couple buying their first home to the experienced buyer purchasing a vacation home, Barrett has the knowledge and experience to help clients in every financial situation.As a Greenville native, Barrett is happy to serve the community he loves. In his free time, Barrett enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He‘s active at his church in Greenville and with the Greenville County YMCA, where he is a Board of Directors Member for the GHS Family YMCA in Simpsonville.
