* Managed an international portfolio of over 75 accounts, ranging from small to large offices and universities which included training users in ongoing development and implementation of Inteum’s complex, enterprise software.* Provided technical support and training via phone, email, and web to all levels of Tech Transfer Office, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty to Inteum and its products.* Acted as client’s liaison with Inteum’s Support and Development teams, working closely with Support team in documenting issues, and providing subsequent solutions and, if need be, training.* Built customer relationships and trust through software support and engagement by providing consistent and reliable solutions and developing custom training to meet customers’ needs.

The goal of our ministry is for each student and family to know they are surrounded by a circle of care and love, both to encounter and experience God's love and the love of adults in their life, as well as given tools to navigate the world around them by bringing empathy, compassion, and justice. We developed a ministry that supports students and families of all walks of life, adopting them into the life of the church. I was responsible for training a leader team of 15-20 adults, giving them the tools and skills to build healthy relationships with students through which discipleship and trusting Jesus could happen. The job also involved staying up to date on trends and research of youth ministry, child and adolescent development, society, and mental health, incorporating them into the ministry. This was done through untold number of chats over coffee, middle school dance performances, events focused on serving others, and services among many others.

The simplest way I walked into every day of my job was to provide safety and supervision for patients who I was caring for in a seclusion-free environment. I led evidence-based therapy groups to youth ages 3-18 in line with unit’s crisis stabilization approach who were experiencing a myriad of mental health issues. This included, but wasn't limited to, emotion regulation, social problem-solving, sleep hygiene, and mindfulness activities. We then charted noteworthy behavior and affect of patients to help assist doctors and therapists with patient's recovery and next steps on the unit and upon discharge.I helped train and onboard new hires to understand the role and responsibility of the unit, and was in a leadership role in a unit council to better provide therapeutic care for patients and families.Eventually, I was promoted and moved into the Pediatric Mental Health Specialist II role. This role included a few different aspects. I became responsible for responding to hospital-wide safety events involving behavioral coaching and intervention. I also worked in the emergency department alongside our mental health evaluators to care for patients coming in needing a mental health evaluation to determine their next steps, whether for admittance or alternate plan. I led classes for parents focused on home structure consult, crisis prevention plans, and general philosophy of our approach to better help their kiddos on returning home. Lastly, PMHSII's worked alongside other outside facilities and responding to crisis calls to help coordinate all logistics for possible admittance to the unit.

Alongside student ministries director, I ran the middle school program which had around 100 active students and 20 adult volunteer leaders. With a missional and incarnational philosophy, we discipled students and adults to trust and follow Jesus, living out their faith in the world.One way we cared for and served the world was through raising money to fight food scarcity for families and the effects of hunger-related causes. We ended up raising over $21,000 with a group of 50 students over a few month period.After a few years, I moved into the high school role, and became the Interim Director when the current high school director was leaving. My responsibilities were very similar to that of when I was doing middle school, which was training leader team and ensuring abuse prevention, weekly programming, etc.We made yearly trips to build houses in Tijuana, Mexico with ~125 total people, and trips to Portland, Los Angeles, and weeks in Seattle to serve under-resourced and underserved populations.
