I joined BnJ Dive Center on Tioman Island as a trainee Dive Professional and escalated through the ranks achieving my Rescue Diver, Nitrox, EFR and Divemaster (DM) certifications. Seeing my progression, I was asked by the dive school if I wanted to stay on as a member of staff. As a DM my responsibilities were to interact directly with customers and build relationships which encouraged equipment purchases and their continued return.
