As the Implementation Manager, I am responsible for developing processes for our team to execute and complement the product. To meet the company's goals, I help develop an implementation strategy to identify tasks to prepare employees and clients for new resources. This includes ensuring that staff are informed about upcoming software changes and receive appropriate training and that marketing materials are updated. Additionally, I work with our technology team to identify system needs and test product updates before release.
