Client Support ExecutivePosturite Ltd Jun 2015 - Dec 2021London And South East• I currently work full-time as a Client Support Executive (CSE) for the UK’s market leader in Ergonomics; carrying out Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Workstation Assessments within London and the South East. • On a weekly basis, I am responsible for conducting 10-20 DSE assessments for members of staff at clients based in both Essex and London. These assessments are followed up with reports and product solutions accordingly to the individual’s mental or physical discomfort. • On a day to day basis, it is the responsibility of the CSE to maintain rapport and build relationships with clients whilst on site; achieved through excellent customer service skills that I acquired from my previous job role. • I also frequently liaise with Health & Safety/Facilities Manager, Human Resources Manager, Occupational Health Officer, Line Manager etc in answering queries, booking appointments, sending quotations and invoices to and from the Posturite customer team.• Since the unprecedented introduction of Covid-19, the Client Support Executive role has become solely remote; in the form of telephone consultations to carry out DSE workstation assessments that our clients have requested for their employees that are working from home to identify set-up issues to help improve of users with or without musculoskeletal complaints. -
