Web managementMy most recent roles from 2010–2017 were as Communications Systems Advisor, and Web Administrator for the New Zealand Customs Service. I was a member of the Communications team, responsible for managing and updating content on the New Zealand Customs Service public website and intranet, and I was the go-to person for SharePoint advice. I was responsible for logging technical issues and coordinating changes and enhancements with service providers and provided some SharePoint training to staff. My graphics and publishing experience proved useful in these roles.
