    My main role was as a Developer and Technical Project Manager for the Artemis Views Data Object (AVDO) and the Artemis Microsoft Project Gateway. The AVDO allowed VB applications to read and write data held in the Artemis Views products. The Artemis Microsoft Project Gateway made use of it to exchange data between Microsoft Project and Artemis Views. There was an issue with extracting Timesheet data from MSP due to a bug in MSP, which I tracked down through careful testing and examination of the results. I then worked out how to work round it.Just before I concentrated on this development work, I was given the task of shutting down the Artemis 7000 product suite, announcing it to users at the Artemis User Conference in Venice and dealing with the fall out.

The result was a huge reduction in outstanding client requests, happier customers according to the surveys and greater throughput of calls. The interaction with other departments (Development, Product Management, Sales & Consulting) also improved.
