Responsible for providing strategic leadership to the group, working together with the CEO and other directors to establish and execute the goals, strategies, plans and policies for the company in the areas of Sales, Supply Chain, BI, Administration and IT, Human Resources, Service Center, Projects, and Call Center. Responsible for building high performance and motivated teams that will maximize earnings in the different business units by growing sales and efficiently managing operational costs. The group operates a series of companies in different lines of business such as: Wholesale, Retail, Clean Energy, Real Estate, Textile Manufacturing, and e-Commerce.

In charge of providing leadership at the Regional Business Transformation Project Management level to drive the accurate implementation of the Finance end-to-end process stream. The primary role as BPO is to lead the team of regional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and ensure that business requirements are accurately captured, customer expectations are met or exceeded and solutions are optimized for multiple users including standardization of procedures, business transformation re-design of processes and alignment of the SME team.Finally, the BPO is a Business Transformation Role Model, spokesperson and champion for the project expressing the common themes of value creation: Customer Centricity, Process Innovation and Agility as the hallmarks of the initiative. • Manage the complexity of technical, process, organization and cultural environments and deliver results in that diversity. • Accountable for meeting the goals of the business transformation project and all its objectives. • Accountable for successful implementation of the common processes across the enterprise. • The final decision point to determine when local processes are appropriate. • Work with the project management team to set and control project scope, to resolve issues and make decisions. • Responsible for the detailed sub-processes that support the end-to-end business processes. • Coordinate sub-process information with SMEs team. • Accountable for final process design and key performance indicators. • Provide final approval before go-live. • Execute project tasks & ensure milestones are met. • Clearly articulate status, anticipate issues and mitigate potential risks. • Assure process documentation, training and communication. • Work closely with Change Management mapping key stakeholders, identifying job impacts, and signing off on the training strategy, methodologies and materials. • Serve as a training facilitator and project champion as required.

Regional Financial Manager for the northern region of Central America (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras).Responsible for the financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, administrative, accounting, legal, and controlloed products functions of the company´s operations in the region. Responsible for the preparation, analysis and follow up of the Risk Reports of Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras. Coordinator of the StEP (Strategic Enterprice Planning) preparation in 2015 for Central America and in 2014 for all of Latin America.
