Katherine Barr is currently retired.Katherine was a Founding Partner at Wildcat Venture Partners and a General Partner at MDV where she focused on investments in workforce automation software, consumer technology platforms and digital marketplaces that leverage predictive analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence to disrupt large, fragmented markets.Katherine sat on the boards of WorkFusion, Ruby Ribbon, BuildDirect and KEY Concierge, sourced and was a board observer for Ticketfly (acquired by NASDAQ:P for $450M), and was an investor in FIGS (acquired by Tulco), Ando (acquired by UberEats), Reserve (acquired by Resy), Retention Science (acquired by Endurance), Garage Capital (early stage fund), Ritual, VINA and Zuckerberg Media.Katherine was a Founding Board and Charter Member as well as former Co-Chair of the C100, the leading Canadian technology entrepreneur association in North America, and was a member of the Advisory Council on Economic Growth for Canada's Minister of Finance.
