Barron E. White is a retired educator experienced in budgets, management, planning, and everything running a business. His years of experience in the aforementioned areas has cultivated an urgency in his life to immerse himself in researching and implementing processes that engage and encourage English Language Learners to open their minds to the importance of learning English. This is also the reason for opening ESL INTERNATIONAL, so to provide instructional support, innovative process, and to impact change within the Bilingual and Career & Technology education programs. Currently my company provides innovative language learning processes for Yazaki Corporation, one the world's largest automotive parts manufacturers. We provide Spanish instruction to their engineers. Through our unique process, the engineers become functional in the language in six week. They are then transferred to Mexico.
