Competed over the course 8 simulated years where the company produced over $367 Million in sales, capturing ~ 25% of market share which led to the Chester Company ourperforming the closest competitor in sales and market cap by $100 Million.- Financed the operations of the Chester Company by issuing long-term and short term debt for Promotion/Sales/TQM and the production of $13.7 Million units while keeping leverage below 2.0 and maintaining a ROE of 25%. - Identified market opportunities within a highly competitive climate leading to the creation and effective implementation ofa product differentiation strategy that led to the company capturing the highest revenue, net income, share price, and market cap in the industry.- Awarded the highest score among the other 5 competitors in the simulation putting the Chester Company in the 94th percentile of Capsim simulations worldwide.

My personal responsibilities on the Traffick jam team included working on the sponsorship team. During the year I worked to obtain and manage sponsorships from businesses in the Macon area. I also managed inventory and sales for some of our merchandise. Throughout the year I contacted and set up meetings with local business owners to try and obtain sponsorships to fund our classes in local high schools. My role on the team was primarily to manage sponsorship data through a spreadsheet I created. I also managed sales and kept inventory for specific merchandise our team was responsible for.
