Responsible for UK Operations of around £8 million turnoverThe role included strategic and budgetary responsibility for operations management, with responsibility for 45 permanent staff, through departmental managers and team leaders. Areas of responsibility included: Manufacturing, including maintenance and operational efficiency of £1.8 million EPS moulding plant Planning Purchasing, Inventory  Manufacturing and assembly departments and associated Warehousing Transport Facilities Liaison with global partners and potential suppliers to support key Global supply objective Ran and implemented re-structure of US partner supply chain operations (Late 2013 to successful completion to day to day handover in February 2015)
