About Patrick Barr
I graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 2021 with a Degree in Computer Science. I have extensive experience working on Full-Stack RESTful web applications and even led a team of 8 individuals with varying levels of experience in order to build the first iteration of the online Personal Property Tax filing system for the state of Indiana, see https://ppopin.in.gov. Though my past experience resides more in the realm of web, I am currently pursuing a career in more embedded systems and am fortunate enough to have the opportunity to begin this career in testing and verification for Avionics and Flight Management Systems.I first got my start in the Engineering world with FIRST Robotics on the FRC Team 93 NEW Apple Corps Robotics and Tesla Engineering Charter School, a Project Lead the Way program. From there I fell in love with the process of designing, testing and just generally playing around with software and electronics. To this day my hobbies still include learning about and utilizing modern computing hardware and technologies.
