Barry Abbott is a well-known corporate, financial institution, and e-commerce lawyer. Mr. Abbott was previously a Counsel at Arnold & Porter LLP, which combined with Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin, P.C. in January of 2012.
