Utilize 15 years of experience working in industry, conducting academic research, employment with regulatory agencies (entry level air permitting engineer to program administrator) followed by over 30 years as a consultant to industry to bring an unmatched level of skills and experience to provide unique and cost effective solutions to clients with air permitting and compliance needs.

Responsible for Antea Group's Air Quality Services line in the Western US with a focus on the oil and gas industry in the Rocky Mountain Region, Southwestern and Southeastern US. Activities included air permitting and assisting with compliance demonstrations for both the upstream and midstream segments of the industry as well as calculating and reporting greenhouse gases inventories.

Principal Engineer/Manager of Air Quality Services for a medium size environmental consulting firm. Responsibilities include keeping track of new regulatory developments, mentoring the air quality services staff and ensuring the timely completion and quality of deliverables to clients.

Focus was on large construction projects on the North Slope of Alaska for major oil and gas companies which required knowledge and implementation of air permitting in accordance with the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) regulations. Also assisted clients working in this area with understanding new air regulations that would have an impact on their assets.

Was Manager and Principal Engineer for RTP's Florence, Alabama office. During this time had full responsibility of directing the affairs of the office including business development and the financial aspects of the operation. Provided air permitting and compliance services to multiple industries located in multiple states in the Southeast and Midwest. A major focus during this time was to assist clients with demonstrations of compliance with the Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) requirements that were required by the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990. Also provided training sessions to both industry and regulatory agencies to improve understanding of federal and state air quality regulations.

Began working as a consultant working with multiple industries located in the Southeastern US to provide air quality permitting and compliance assistance. Major responsibilities included business development and the mentoring of both mid-level and junior level staff. A major focus during this time was to prepare the Title V air permit applications and secure the Title V permits for multiple facilities that were obtaining these permits for the first time as required by the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990.

Held multiple positions beginning with Senior Air Projects Engineer to Administrator of the Air Permitting and Standards Section, which held the responsibility of providing guidance for all air permitting in the State of Florida. A primary focus of this work was to prepare or provide review of the Best Available Control Technology (BACT) analyses that were required for multiple projects subject to the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) Regulations. Also was involved with the research, writing and implementation of numerous air regulations that were applicable to sources of air emissions including the Title V air permitting regulations. In addition, served as the air quality advisor to the State of Florida's Power Plant Siting Committee, which necessitated serving as an expert witness at several Administrative Hearings.

Worked as an entry level and mid level air permitting engineer on both large and small projects for industries that were initiating new construction with the potential to increase air pollution. Also worked on special projects to improve operations of the permitting staff with the Air Pollution Control Division.

Worked in the assembly and testing lines of multiple mechanical and electro-mechanical governors with an objective of finding new approaches for increasing production levels and reducing the time that governors are re-worked to pass inspection.
