Barry Bartlett is primarily a transactional attorney with a general business practice with an emphasis on real estate. He represents individuals and small companies, providing services relating to creation of the corporate entity, including articles of incorporation (corporations) and articles of organization (LLCs), corporate resolutions, bylaws, operating agreements and shareholder agreements, and services related to the ongoing nature of the particular business, including contracts and leases.Mr. Bartlett also represents buyers and sellers with respect to the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, including contract negotiation, attorney modification letters, title search and title commitment preparation and closing services.
