Barry has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Stony Brook, NY. His studies earned him a degree in both Psychology and Education. Broadening his skills, he is a real estate investor, and worked for a large international telecommunications company in major account sales. In 1981 a large training and development company hired him. Over the next 8 years he led education for living courses before entering the consulting business. As an executive coach, trainer, and breakthrough project leader he has consulted with the mining business, healthcare, and aviation. He as consulted with and led programs with such diverse companies as Dow Chemical, Accenture, BP, Bell Canada, IHS, Hilton Hotels, Hudson Bay Mining, Inco, Stillwater Mining, government agencies and non-profits. His work has brought him to Europe, Australia, South America and the Far East.
