 Responding to an FCA thematic review of the fair treatment of longstanding customers I was part of programme that reviewed the layout and content of the current annual statements being issued to our customers. Worked closely with Propositions to ensure that all relevant product attributes were included in the content of the new annual statements To ensure clarity of requirements I worked collaboratively with my IT and Business colleagues to map the existing end to end process for generating and issuing automated, adhoc and manual annual benefit statements Supported the creation of a data dictionary which was vital in tracking which data items needed to be pulled through from the source system or needed to be derived via a new data storage system  Updated business procedures and guidelines in line with the changes that were delivered via a tranche by tranche delivery approach Provided substantial input to the Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and Regression testing phase of the project Worked collaboratively with the business stakeholder to have a robust business readiness plan in place for pre and post implementation tasks
