RemotePass is a SaaS solution that assists companies in managing compliance and payments for their remote teams. Although they are a startup based in the UAE, they operate fully remotely.Identify new business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales, whilst nurturing key accounts within the Consulting, IT, Oil & Gas, Engineering, and Manufacturing sectors across the UAE, Dubai, Morocco, UK, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. Build, lead, and train global sales teams to deliver and reach a monthly target of 20 new scheduled demos and a monthly sales revenue target of US100K. Manage and train 15 Sales Development Representatives (SDR's) across Europe, the UAE, and Africa. Report to the Co-Founders of RemotePass. Stakeholders include BECO Capital, Wamba Capital, and Plug&Play.Key Deliverables• Prepare and present payroll and compliance software Demos for prospects.• Manage and train the SDR teams in Hungary, the UK, Dubai, South Africa, Morocco, Germany, and France.• Engage with senior and C-Suite level prospects and clients.• Source new clients through networking and cold calling and focused social media campaigns.• Achieving Weekly and Monthly Sales Targets.• Platforms: Track & Source business through HubSpot, Lusha, and Leadjet.• Targeting: start-ups to corporate clients across various sectors.Accomplishments• Promoted to head up the global Business Development Team in April 2022.• Manage and oversee the top Key Accounts globally from June 2022.
