- Setup American Leg of training department- Ensure all staff are current with training offerings and continuous upgrading- Ensure all offered training programs meet current Industry Standards- Work in conjunction with the Canadian Standards Association (CSA)- Work in conjunction with the Ministry of Labour developing new Standards/Regulation- Train in-house trainers the basics of delivering internal training for their corporations- Train individuals how to safely operate typical warehousing equipment- Train individuals how to safely operate various types of construction equipment- Train individuals how to safely operate different types of Aerial Work equipment- Train individuals how to safely operate different types of Overhead Cranes- Train individuals how to safely operate different types of Mobile Cranes- Train individuals in the use of WHMIS and TDG- Design and utilize Training programs and presentations for corporate use- Perform on site inspections and make suggestions as how to improve safety on site- Work within the needs and requests of corporate clients across Canada and the United States- Continue to train in the field all programs offered by Liftow

- Coordinate all training at the Mississauga Distribution Centre- Certify all new hires on Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Order Picker & Crane equipment- Design and utilize Training Matrix for records of training given to all employees- Train individuals at other sites when needed (London, Edmonton, Montreal)- Create and follow through with daily Safety audits for the facility- Coordinate and head up all Safety Team Meetings - Address and resolve any Safety concerns of Warehouse employees- Manage all Training and Health and Safety related concerns throughout different Michelin North American Plants- Trained on WHMIS- Trained on internal computer programming

- Operate various pieces of equipment in the order picking and distribution part of the business- operate class 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 type equipment- operate building maintenance equipment
