Colonel - Executive leader of a 770-member international team managing the world's premier pilot training program - the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training Program. The program produces 200 combat pilots annually to support the NATO Alliance. Responsible for oversight of 5 flying squadrons (large teams), an operations support squadron, and 4 divisions (specialized small teams), executing a $60.4M annual flying program consisting of 55,000 flights and 66,000 flight hours. Primary advisor to the Allied Commander and Senior National Representatives from 9 NATO partner nations.

Led 460 military, civilian, and contract personnel from the U.S. and 7 Euro-NATO partner nations with multiple disciplines performing airfield management, airfield operations, air traffic control, airspace management, weather forecasting, aircrew flight equipment issue and maintenance, and all aspects of undergraduate and advanced pilot training program management at the world's premier pilot training base.

Led a multi-national team consisting of 14 Flight Safety Officers executing all facets of Operational Risk Management, Mid-Air Collision Avoidance, Hazardous Air Traffic Reporting, Mishap Investigation, Trend Tracking, Bird Aircraft Strike Hazard (BASH) and Air Force Safety Automated Systems (AFSAS) database management programs to ensure safe flight operations at the busiest joint-use airfield in the United States Air Force.

Wing Commander's focal point for all wing administration, IT systems, Microsoft SharePoint integration, and financial management of the Government Travel Card program; interfaced daily with senior leadership and created detailed positional briefings used by the Wing Commander for key decisions affecting 1,200 wing personnel.

Supervised 120 officers, enlisted, civilian, and contract personnel across multiple disciplines to ensure mission accomplishment for nine U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and Japanese Air Self Defense Force flying organizations; directed complex operations winning “Squadron of the Year ‘06”; awarded #1 Aviation Resource Management in the entire USAF; Operational Readiness Inspection resulted in “best in the Pacific Air Forces in 6 years” rating; ranked #1 Airfield Management, Life Support, and Intelligence Flight in the Pacific Air Forces; managed a $53M Mission Training Center - a state-of-the-art, world-wide networked simulator training facility; responsible for all Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) and contract operations with Boeing and Lockheed Martin.
