● Covered a varying number of physical stores during my time with Farmfoods.● Developed, pitching and rolled out a detailed training package on Loss Prevention within stores. This was further adopted across the region with myself training Senior Managers across the business.● Accountable for key KPIs including direct labour; shrinkage/loss prevention; stock availability;customer satisfaction; and other internal metrics.● IOSH certified and accountable for all H&S concerns within each store; first point of contact for HRconcerns; and responsible for new store rollouts and store refurbishments.
