Successfully led the development of Java, and C# systems for web-based customer-facing Imaging and Printing Sales Applications. Architected and oversaw the successful deployment of worldwide database servers and application servers necessary to implement Imaging and Printing Services systems. Successfully directed cross-company software development leads in the USA, India, and China to meet solution goals and milestones. Acted as a technical resource and systems analyst to Hewlett-Packard marketing and business partners.

As Chief Technology Officer, also served as division liaison to HP labs in Palo Alto and to the LaserJet Group CTO Office.

Led the strategy for creating value-added solutions for LaserJet printers among LaserJet division managers, R&D managers, marketing managers and product management personnel. Worked with group HP R&D managers and business partners to drive new solution integration and leverage. As senior firmware engineer, successfully led the design and development of the PCL 6 printer language firmware for LaserJet printers on-time and within budget. Designed, coordinated, and implemented PCL 6 enhancements for all LaserJet products. Developed SDKs for Windows printer driver developers. Trained Independent Software Vendor engineers, including Microsoft engineers, teaching accurate PCL 6 imaging model support in printer drivers.
