In return for providing this facility we arranged that the city would transfer substantial land holdings within Riga with planning approval for a mixed development amounting to 35,000 m​ 2 ​ retail, a 400/500 room hotel and a business park of 200,000m​ 2 ● Packaged a development of 32 apartments at Kajelu Iela, Riga Old Town, Latvia. ● Packaged a development of 28,000 Metres “Cascades Residential Development”, Riga. Baltic Sea Park, Liepaja, Latvia, a large scale sea side resort, residential units of 400, leisure and retail. I worked with the owner from inception right through to sourcing finance on a JV basis with a major European construction company.

I was chosen by the Department of Trade and Industry to advise and assist disenfranchised investors and landlords who were affected by some of the ponzi scheme investment companies. I regularly appeared on TV property programs such as “homes under the hammer” and “Location, location, location" Blandford Estates were the leading property investment company in the North East of England.It was my focus to create and lead a sales team that sold financial solutions to investors rather that properties.I was a founding member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organisation in London.
