The American Association for Justice is the largest trial lawyers' organization in America and internationally. I have chaired and been on the Civil Rights Executive Committee, forging bonds and assisting civil rights lawyers across the United States.

Civil Rights Litigation, representing citizens in matters in which governmental officials violated constitutional rights. Such matters include political terminations, retaliation for exercise of First Amendment or other constitutional rights, police excessive force, other arbitrary governmental abuse of power. Also representing private or government employees who were discriminated against or harassed because of race, gender, age, disability, national origin. Lead counsel in approximately 100 jury trials. We represent victims of sex discrimination in education (Title IX) at all levels, from college to pre-school, including students, teachers, professors and college administrators.
