In my role i was part of the Professional services team providing Pre and Post sales support. Designing and project managing new roles outs and upgrades to existing networks.

In my role I was a systems engineer on the road providing support for Novel Networks and Windows networks. Also fixing printers and Pc's. Installation of new systems in both green field sites and upgrading systems in live enviroments

In my role I was one of the first 10 employees in Creative Labs Ireland. We were responsible for setting up the european support hotlines, training the hotline staff on the range of Creative Labs products and writing training material for such products.

In my role I was responsible for providing 2nd level support for the 123 Suite of products, providing support to European VARS and goverment agencies. I was also responsible for providing european support for Ami Pro - Lotus word proccessing division.

In this role I was a QA engineer working on the Lotus 123 Suite of software. I was tasked with finding bugs in the product and reporting these bugs to the development team. Once reported I would then follow bug thru to resolution. We worked on all international language versions of the product and were the first team to ship Intl eng, French and German version of the product on the same day.
