Managed the Private Student Loan Segments, primary focus on the Sallie Mae "Navient" private loans and United Student Aid Fund government insured loans.

Managed a group of 20 employees in the auto deficiency department; this is a special project unit with high call volume. Working multiple clients in the auto deficiency segment with a combined quarterly inventory of over $65 million dollars. Responsible for the production and follow up on all current inventory as well as account audits and continuous training to enhance performance. Helped segregate inventory, for better account penetration leading to a high contact to conversion rate with the prime, secondary and tertiary segments, which consistently helps us rank in first and second place for each line of business.

Managed 3 departments, supervised managers and supervisors along with a 75 person staff in a fast paced call center environment. Handled $50 million dollars of prime inventory, including segregation and distribution by list dates and high balance amounts to enhance performance.Increased collections in each department by modifying work flow and dialing strategy to lead departments to 1st place on the client's cumulative scorecard. Conducted hands on training with all department staff, continued coaching and development in areas of improvement, enhanced overall departmental performance and production by 125%.

Helped lead this special project, which dealt with the collection of complex accounts. Assisted as lead supervisor of daily operations, also managed 4 mid-level employees in a 60 person department.Cultivated and improved this newly formed group and grew it by 325% and quickly moved up to become the top grossing department company wide with a monthly collection of over $2.1 million dollars.Was in charge of account inventory and distributions, improved the dialing and letter series schedules for this purchased portfolio worth $30 million dollars.Audited accounts, performed evaluations and appraisals, also provided continuous training for those with areas of needed improvement.
