It's functional purpose is to further develop position-specific awareness and technique. The linebacker-specific drills and classroom teaching sessions implemented focus on improving the athlete's technique and improving his football IQ. Through this initiative, my vision has also expanded to working with youth and high school linebackers aspiring to BE GREAT football players and men. I have adopted a crusade to inspire people.
