•Carrying out Major, Minor and Primary servicing paint restoration to aircraft and associated aircraft components focusing predominantly on Typhoon carbon fibre GRP and lightweight metal alloy components. Carrying out the spraying application of Erosion Resistant Coating, Abrasion Resistant Coating, Specialist Radome & Fin cap coatings and specialist air intake tile repairs.•Removal of surface finish coatings from substrates such as Steel, Aluminium and Titanium using Plastic and Dry grit blasting processes also Chemical paint removers, Mechanical and manual abrasion. The removal of surface finish from composite components using specialist techniques.•The daily running of the section paint store and consumables store accounting for all materials, Material Safety Data Sheets, COSHH and Risk assessments and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) records.
