Develop and manage key relationships and project tasks that leverages future Intelligence capabilities. Provide subject-matter expert knowledge of Army intelligence functional areas, including Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS)-Army, integrated intelligence, Activity Based Intelligence (ABI), and multi-intelligence (Multi-INT) concepts and capabilities. Lead strategy planning and execution resulting from direct interactions with external and internal stakeholders and drive operational synergies across organizational elements.

• Directed and supervised the intelligence, security, and counterintelligence activities of a 72-person directorate supporting 28,000 Soldiers and advised the command on all intelligence matters, including oversight, policy, doctrine, training, production, and concepts.• Organized, trained, equipped, and sustained Special Forces, Rangers, Special Operations Aviation, Civil Affairs, and Military Information Support Forces. • Provided deliberate and crisis-action intelligence for deployed forces, and security support for CONUS based active and reserve Army Special Operation Forces.• Appointed as the Chief of Staff for the last quarter of FY14 and flawlessly executed a $3.8 billion budget during crucial and hectic end of the fiscal year close out.

• Conducted and coordinated campaign planning, short and long range intelligence planning, contingency planning, and policy development in support of the ISAF mission by developing strategic level guidance on behalf of the J2 Intelligence for support to COMISAF. • In coordination with HQ ISAF Directorates, informed and drove strategic decisions and provided expert advice and assistance in plans development and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) implementation.• Developed HQ ISAF priority intelligence requirements and long-term assessments.

• Commanded a deployable theater-level MI Brigade of over 1600 personnel who conduct multi-disciplined intelligence tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination in support of US Army Central (USARCENT)/Coalition Forces Land Component Command (CFLCC), USCENTCOM, and other commands as directed. • Led, resourced, and deployed detachments, companies, battalions, and task forces to support forward deployed forces in the USCENTCOM AOR. • Established management controls and ensured accountability and efficient and effective use of property valued over $400 million; achieved a 100% obligation rate for a $36 million budget.

• Provided national to tactical intelligence support; identified ISR gaps; oversaw development and deployment of ISR Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRCs); monitored and evaluated effectiveness of deployed ISR QRC systems; and integrated and assessed emerging ISR technologies and capabilities. • Facilitated and guided QRC transition via the Capabilities Development Rapid Transition (CDRT) process which became Programs of Record (PORs). • Expended over $1 billion on QRCs, PORs and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) technology in support of operational forces serving in Afghanistan and Iraq.

• Coordinated geospatial intelligence analysis and production missions in support of operations in Iraq, including support to the Military and Intelligence Policy communities.• Advised the Director, NGA and his senior leadership on military issues, and ways to increase and enhance support to the warfighter. • Validated requirements for Theater; coordinated actions across various NGA directorates; and provided management control of personnel and monetary resources programmed for geospatial intelligence support to Iraq with a budget in excess of $100 million.

• Led 23 military and civilian analysts in production of daily briefings, threat assessments, background papers and Senior DoD leadership requested products on all aspects of the Iraqi government. • Directed, coordinated and reviewed intelligence products for inclusion in special briefs, defense digests and the Presidential Daily Brief. • Oversaw all Army Intelligence Global Forces Management manning requirements; recommended solutions and advised the Director of DIA on all sourcing issues.

• Commanded four companies of 350 Soldiers and civilians dispersed throughout the combat zone in eight locations in Iraq and Fort Hood in support of operations in Iraq. • Provided multi-disciplined, all source intelligence and electronic warfare support to III Corps for exercises, crisis and combat operations. • Managed maintenance and modernization of 159 wheeled vehicles, generators, trailers and nine intelligence electronic warfare systems valued at over $85 million and oversaw an operating budget of approximately $1 million.
