Working with I Marine Expeditionary Force to develop/enhance Marine Air Ground Task Force and Joint Task Force Command and Control/operational proficiency

- Led and managed 30+ senior Marines and civilians responsible for the identification, synchronization and execution of I Marine Expeditionary Force's (50,000+ Marines) operational requirements. - Supervised unit force generation process (manning, training, equipping) in support of world-wide requirements (e.g. infantry battalion for ops in Afghanistan, fighter squadron for ops in Japan, etc)- Supervised amphibious force development and employment (Marine Expeditionary Unit)- Supervised bi-lateral and multinational training events with partner nations world-wide- Supervised macro-level organizational training initiatives and implementation.- Supervised large scale military exercise planning and execution.- Supervised aviation related issues and crafted responses/solutions to challenges and problems- Led the development of organizational documents that dictate the strategic and operational direction of I Marine Expeditionary Force incorporating senior executive guidance and extensive analysis of the operating environment

Led up to 80+ Marines, Sailors, soldiers and civilians in the development of the 1st Brigade, 215th Corps, Afghan National Army. - Responsible for the professional growth and combat skill development of 4,500 soldier strong Afghan Army infantry Brigade.- Cross functional staff assisted Afghan counterparts in administration, intelligence, operations, fires, engineering, logistics, supply, transportation, communications, planning, explosive ordinance disposal, training management, military police employment.- Successfully led the transition of security responsibility to the counterpart Afghan unit in the three districts comprising the Brigade's area of operations
