We are a trusted source of advice to government and to the public, and how we are impacted by infectious disease, environmental hazards, and other threats to health.As a Resource Manager within the Health Protection Operations team, I lead on a multitude of different roles throughout the entire recruitment process including the delivery of end-to-end on all permeant recruitment campaigns, this includes Loans, Expression of Interest (EOI) etc., working across a multi-team function in a fast paced and complex environment/department that is always evolving.

Our broad remit means we play a major role in people’s day-to-day life.As a Resource Manager I lead on the delivery of end-to-end on all BBTP permeant recruitment campaigns, this includes Loans, Expression of Interest (EOI) and Managed Moves, working across a multi-team function in a fast paced and complex environment/programme that is always evolving. With the recent Governments Civil Service recruitment freeze the day-to-day role has grown, to ensure all required Resourcing and Finance reporting updates are completed and to maintain and deliver against other project controls.

We collect in excess of £500 billion a year in revenue from over 50 million customers across the UK.As lead recruiter within the Talent Acquisition & Induction team I work on specialist and complex roles with experience leading on the delivery of end to end Senior Civil Service (SCS) recruitment campaigns across the UK. With my team of recruiters, we proactively apply various sourcing techniques to identify and engage with candidates via different professional and social networks. With effective market research, analysis and salary benchmarking to assist Senior Business Partners we are able to offer a compete campaign service to all vacancy holders.

Actively contributed and built the newly formed Property Services & HR teams within Manchester and the wider business in London by proactively recognising and developing new business opportunities in the executive candidate sphere. This also included a focused client engagement not just on recruitment but by encouraging development with all accounts, promoting internal mobility and a clear focus on career development whilst continuing to drive a leading service to my clients.
