Manage a team to produce quality products within the printing industry. As a master distributor to Sun it is my responsibility to manage, source and deliver inks, stenciling and screens to the print industry. Besides managing the production team I also deal with stock control, office support, technical support and goods in/ out. With my range of experience I am comfortable covering all aspects of the business and am a reliable and valuable member of the organisation. I have created and maintained good relationships with both suppliers and customers and am always keen to look at projects they give us to create new and innovative products for the market. Since joining Screenpro I have successfully liaised and built a relationship with Sun chemical to supply ourselves and distributors enabling us to offer a positive service. I am also responsible for quality control and have implemented new systems to ensure a high level of customer service and positive relationships. I have also developed an internal production system to track our orders to ensure a high level of service and minimise errors. This has been adopted by the organisation and has assisted Screenpro as it has grown.

Screen printing for the industrial market specialising in supplying a variety of high quality labels from a simple vinyl for a van to fabricated anodised labels. My role was to screen print, liaise with artwork production, manage the project from conception to completion and to train new employees. As an employee of a small family business I believed it was important to learn all aspects of the business to both improve my knowledge and support the company.
