I volunteer to organize and develop local events for Hearthlight.

Daily duties include managing and triaging the help desk. Additonally, I manage projects and department initiatives.

At this employer I held a variety of jobs. I started in an entry level Quality Assurance position where I reviewed reports that were sent in which appraised and inspected homes. Soon afterwards I started on the IT support team where I learned how to proficiently use Microsoft 365 Enterprise products for business organization. Additionally I learned how to code to a certain extent while on the job. I needed to know Java React, so I needed to learn HTML, Javascript, and then Java React in that succession in a relatively short time. A portion of my work involved deep dives for data on a semi regular schedule as a new front end was being built. This involved using more archaic tools like Microsoft Access 97 as well as the more modern SQL. Both of which were also learned on the job. I was soon recruited into the development side of the business, as a software tester.
