• Successfully established new planning department at Coty for all Lancaster Prestige and Coty Color Cosmetics.• Reduced net inventory from 104 million dollars in fiscal 2000 to 54 million dollars at end of Fiscal 2003.• Successfully launched Rimmel Cosmetics in Walmart in 1999. Supported double digit growth yearly since product launch. Currently coordinating national roll out to Walgreens, Target, Ulta, Brooks, Meijer and Military. All scheduled for launch June – August 2004. Convene and lead strategy meetings with Vice Presidents of Creative, Purchasing and Marketing to ensure issues are resolved and ship to trade dates stay on track.• Led the transition of Marc Jacobs and Kenneth Cole product lines from American Designer Fragrances to Coty Beauty/Lancaster. Led site visits to third party fillers and transitioned filling to Coty Manufacturing. Coordinated timing of transition by product with R and D, based on reformulation requirements as a result of third party formula ownership.• Serve as single point of contact for marketing and sales groups to operations. Daily interaction with marketing, sales, packaging, purchasing, production and quality assurance at all levels of management.• Ensure the successful completion of launch programs from project inception to ship to trade date. Developed strategies beyond basic pipeline planning to ensure protection of launch, while minimizing inventory exposure.• Provide cost estimates and final costing for new launches and promotional programs to marketing and finance.• Support and control fastest percent sales growth brands in both Coty (Rimmel Cosmetics) and Lancaster (Glow by J. Lo, Still Jennifer Lopez).• Established timelines and procedures for running effective Operations Meetings with marketing teams. • Disposition excess inventory on a timely basis.
