Provided comprehensive leadership, oversight, and direction to the formulation and integration of learning strategies to support attainment of organizational goals for this global platform provider of workforce management services. Led reviews of existing processes and systems to identify and seize opportunities to increase employee satisfaction and productivity.During tenure, also directed the Customer Success, Sales Engineering and Human Resources teams.Proudest achievements included:• Pioneered the creation of rapid development/deployment of technical training programs using short YouTube videos. Developed close to 1,000 programs, each within an hour. Views of videos have doubled each year for the three years the program has been in existence and decreased the time to qualification of the customers by half through the targeting of task-specific programs. • Transformed the Account Management group into a Customer Success group that focused on ensuring the successful use of our product suite. Initiated the annual Key Users conference to gather enhanced feedback and synergistically brainstorm new enhancements for the product roadmap. These initiatives led to a decrease in lost customers to less than 1% per year.• Designed and delivered management/leadership programs to bolster manager training related to the company’s workforce management software. Provided courses in Communication, Managing Change, Managing Conflict, Using Power and Continuous Process Improvement. The combination of the two components of training helped the customers achieve ROI as much as 10 to 1 and reduced employee turnover by half for all locations trained.• Spearheaded institution of comprehensive evaluation program for all training programs and achieved reviews 15% higher than industry benchmark.
