After 19 years throughout the dock system and the Liverpool basin, I have worked my way up from the shop floor when I started on the docks after leaving the Royal Marines. My experiences are within containerization including cellular vessels and working extensively at height. I have worked within general cargo vessels and confined areas and many kinds of bulk cargo vessels. I have managed a workforce of over a 100 employee's at a busy Ro-Ro terminal.
