Home Instead is a non-medical provider of high quality personal care and support for older people. We enable older people to stay at home, where they feel happiest, whilst improving their quality of life. We provide many different caring services to suit many different needs from personal care to companionship and home help. Other specialist services include dementia care, end of life support, respite care and hospital discharge support.We match every CAREGiver to each client, based on interests, hobbies and backgrounds. We pride ourselves on continuity, ensuring that every client knows who is coming to visit them each day, also providing a minimum call time of one hour as we believe that this allows close bonds to form. We are able to provide such a high quality care service due to the wonderful team of CAREGivers and office staff who are determined to help us change the face of ageing. Our services are designed around our clients. This means you tell us what time you want your CAREGiver to arrive and what you want them to do. The service is flexible and responsive to your needs and visits range from a few hours per week and up to 24 hours per day.I am the owner and director at Home Instead Knowsley and Liverpool East.
