CIB Fintech is owned by China Industrial Bank (Fortune 500) and provide financial technology support to both internal and external clients. I was responsible for a 20 people team in RPA business group. I helped over 10 external clients in adapting RPA and led over 20 RPA projects in various business lines including operation, commercial banking, private banking, finance and ect. . Also I combined different AI techniques in our RPA solutions such as OCR, NLP. Moreover, I discovered some hardwares that enable our robots interact with reality.

I was responsible for Accenture RPA Business Development in CMT.I led the first RPA project in Accenture in Resource industry.

Tax management consulting is focused on Tax Digitalisation solution. I mainly worked on Insight Tax products and Robotic Process Automation for finance and tax. I was a project manager of several IT system and RPA deployment. I led a BA team with 7 people and co-worked with development team on different projects.

Working in Reengineering and Production Management department. Mainly focused on streamlining operations of HSBC by Lean Six Sigma.

Managed Hong Kong RBWM about 5 million customers' information.Developed over 30 MI (management information) reports and managed over 50 MIs regular production.
