Oversee management of greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption at Honeywell Performance Materials Technolgy (PMT) with over 220 domestic and international sites. Main Responsibilities include- Developed PMT's carbon neutrality roadmap outline to meet Honeywell's 2035 Carbon Neutrality (Scope 1 & 2) pledge.- Developed standardized analysis tool used across all of Honeywell to evaluate and prioritize potential carbon reduction activities to ensure the most beneficial activities are executed - Partner with individual sites to identify and execute sustainability projects. Since taking on this role, the sustainability capital budget has increased from $2.2M in 2017 to $30.5M for 2023.- Validation of greenhouse gas and energy reporting data rolled up to corporate to meet and other reporting requirements- Set annual energy, greenhouse gas and sustainability savings targets for PMT and individual sites

Lead project manager responsible for execution of several projects at the Colonial Heights site including a large dechoke and expansion project budget at US$ 8.3M which was executed on schedule at 101% of budget. First engineering position starting as Control System Engineer in Cincinnati, Ohio up to Asia Pacific Regional Technical Leader - Control & Information System in Kobe Japan. Job responsibilities from project management and engineering for numerous plan electrical and instrumentation projects, to construction completion and commissioning support for a new, greenfield oleochemical plant. Position culminated as Regional Technical Leader where I developed site technology and technical resource masterplans, developed standard design guidelines, and generated the E& I design basis, software requirement documents and execution and start-up support for P&G's health and beauty care expansion in the APAC Region (4 new sites and numerous expansions).
