Oversee a 60-member team in capturing market share of Ultimate Linings products in industries that include OEM & aftermarket automotive, oil & gas, and military. Proposed and gained Board approval to build a 300,000 square foot manufacturing facility, the largest plant undertaking for the IXS Group of companies. Hire and onboard new manufacturing plant leadership team, define new infrastructure, and manage architectural and compliance for the 2023 plant launch. Ignite company success through strategic sales management, cost savings, and HR policy and procedures. Identify alternative solutions, meeting all customer and supply requirements despite recent unprecedented work force and supply chain disruptions.My Achievements Include:§ Steer the Greenfield launch of a multimillion-dollar chemical manufacturing plant that is projected to produce a $6-7MM return YoY by eliminating the previous outsourced manufacturing model. § Realized a $3MM EBIDTA improvement by leveraging both the manufacturing and industrial platform of Ultimate Linings and the franchise organization of Line-X. § Researched, recommended and led the implementation of a new MRP solution for scheduling and forecasting of materials and an ERP system for calculating annual raw material purchases. § Positioned Line-X franchise for successful sale in the Private Equity market as the executive partner to 2 Private Equity organizations.
