• Business Partnership - Represent IT during business meetings, Act as the liaison between IT and the business, Promote evolving IT Service Model and a continuous business strategy
• SCCM support - Support the SCCM client to ensure company’s updates are being pushed to over 1500 workstations and to ensure all reporting tools are reporting correctly from the workstation
• Air watch support - setup over 1000 wireless devices (Apple and Droid) on The Coca Cola Company's network
• Analyze SLAs and metrics for team – Organize corrective solutions as needed
• Effectively manage AV equipment including projectors and teleconference equipment in fifteen conference rooms
• Project manager for data scrubbing /disposal process of legacy systems

• Performs networking maintenance functions such as user creation and assignment of rights and permissions
• Successful in developing in-depth product knowledge base with over 100 KBI articles in order to resolve customer questions and concerns upon the competion of the Office 365 migration
• Headed client conference calls weekly to obtain necessary data for KBI
• Creates, monitors, tracks, schedules, updates and closes work orders within the ticketing system in a timely manner

• Troubleshoot software and hardware problems for 1000+ employees using Coca-Cola systems, MS Office, Lotus Notes, AS 400 and SAP.
• Develop and manage business relationships with all levels of management by serving as a liaison on complex issues
• Configure and setup wireless networks for over 250 teleworkers
