Acting as a link between the sales team and production team on the shop floor; and collaborating with clients directly when needed.Daily tasks include creating technical drawings and approval documents, manage and track large projects, ensure product lead times are met while maintaining quality.I also worked closely with our Continuous Improvement team, using lean methodologies to ensure improvements are consistent. As part of this team, we introduced a new production system for one of our products.

As part of a project, we collaborated with Transitions Optical to create a new demonstration tool used to display their latest product.This process went though as stages of the design process, ranging from research and idea generation, concept development, to 3D modelling and material selection. We worked closely with the client throughout the design process to ensure all criteria were being met.
