▪ Worked in an Agile development environment across 3 different teams in Avaya R&D Galway, Designed, deployed, and supported best-in-class software development processes and tools.▪ Developed automated test scripts and an automated test application which simplified the execution of tests.▪ Worked on Avaya’s next generation Contact Centre solution for over 20 months which included varied tasks such as module design and coding, debugging, and documentation of application programs▪ Became the sole owner of one of the Contact Centre modules after successfully designing, developing, deploying, testing and documenting the module and its functions.▪ Developed coding and design tasks to ensure software met specified performance, scalability and reliability requirements

Carried out redesign of website for Company Intranet and provided ongoing I.T. support for a team of 160 users.•Project managed the migration of local Intranet Sites to Microsoft SharePoint.•Met with each function, designed and agreed content of each page and created the Intranet pages to meet agreed design specifications.•Introduced common standard for page design, meeting client needs and ensuring excellent ease of navigation.•Supported and managed the Tecnotree Shannon Intranet.•Developed user guides, held training workshop and provided support for new IT services and applications used by Tecnotree Personnel.•Provided 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support to users on a wide range of issues including: network. Placed during full time study to gain experience as a Software Test Engineer at Lionbridge, Ballina, Co. Mayo.•During this time also carried out on-site testing for Canon in London.•Set up systems on a range of different testing environments and took clean images of these environments.•Followed test scripts and carried out tests in accordance with specified process.•Identified ‘bugs’; logged and tracked these bugs through to closure.
