Returned home from the Navy, began work in the medical device making industry that many of my relatives had. After 6 years I had an opportunity to enter the construction field with a few friends. Quickly rose thru the ranks from laborer to lead carpenter in 2 years. After a few years I started my own shell company. 10 years of successful business I had to shut down operations when market bottomed out in 2010. Began working for a general contractor that did everything from land development, home building, road work, concrete pouring, laying pipe and dam restorations. After 3 years of living on the road was enough for me and eventual wife we moved to Florida. This is where I took everything I had learned over the last 16 years and put it to work for an Orlando home builder. 2 1/2 years of learning and perfecting my craft as a Project Manager I moved to the company I was with for the last 3 1/2+. It was a new company and it’s good to have a voice in what happen in the day to day operations. My experience is recognized and is appreciated at the end of the day.
