Project Manage our 60 direct labour operatives working on the national telecoms network for our client, Openreach.

Working with a team of 11 experienced support administrators, we deliver support to the field management team and technicians UK wide. We are a multi disciplinary team and my role is to ensure that the team is working as effectively and productively as possible while providing a high quality service to our stakeholders.

Working with a team of 10 highly experienced engineers, we worked for Virgin Media linking up their business customers to the network and providing high speed services. My role was to manage the team and I was responsible for the team working in a safe environment, working toward strict deadlines and ensuring volumes of work were being delivered as promised.
