I thrive on the challenge of taking projects from concept to clinic, navigating the complexities of scientific discovery with precision and purpose.Currently, as Senior Director at Century Therapeutics, I lead a dynamic team working on groundbreaking allogeneic cell therapies. From the ground up, I’ve built processes that empower my team to push the boundaries of what's possible in cell differentiation and platform optimization. With multiple programs running concurrently, I manage cross-functional relationships and lead efforts to ensure that our pipeline consistently moves forward. Watching the progress from early development to our first clinical-stage therapeutic has been immensely rewarding, and I believe that fostering a culture of trust, respect, and accountability has been key to our success.Before joining Century, I spent nearly a decade at Janssen Research and Development (which is now J&J Innovative Medicine), where I played a pivotal role in therapeutic antibody development across several therapeutic areas. My team’s work directly contributed to the significant expansion of early-stage programs, and I had the privilege of leading research teams that took novel therapeutic candidates from design to First-in-Human dosing.
