A redevelopment of the old Oakhill Brewery, nr Shepton Mallet, into 28 apartments, with a swimming pool and gymnasium. I monitored and validated site progress, releasing public funding to enable the development.

Bridge Learning Campus. Hartcliffe, Bristol.The school was the fourth in a series of BSF Wave 1 Pathfinder developments. The Hartcliffe project encompasses Nursery, Primary, and Secondary Schools, as well as Vocational Collage, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Behavioural Unit. An existing gymnastic centre and sports hall were retained, while the existing schools demolished.

Crèche, DVLA. Swansea.As part of the general site development, a new crèche facility was proposed.DVLA. Swansea.Management and design of a number of projects to redevelop and refurbish the main DVLA site. Defence Communication Services Agency. Corsham.A development of an existing site to centralise inter-service communications. The development involved new offices and communications centre, accommodation and conference facilities, sports hall and pitches, security gatehouse and support buildings.

Fleet Accommodation Centre. Devonport, Plymouth.A redevelopment of existing sites on the Navy Base, providing 1600 new cabins for all ranks, as well as mess facilities for Senior Rates.DACI Lecture Theatre.
