I am an Architectural Technician with over 21 years UK experience in residential accommodation for bespoke, private and social housing as well as various commercial, leisure and mixed use developments. Working across RIBA stages 2-6 I have collaborated with contractors and clients to ensure high quality project delivery.I am very proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit and specialise in the production of technical drawings including GA plans, elevations, sections as well as all drawings needed for the construction process such as bathroom, kitchen, balcony, external and internal wall, door, partition and canopy types drawings and schedules.I am adept in Microsoft Excel to a high standard and use it to produce schedules by extracting data from AutoCAD such as door reference tags which enables me to reduce human error. I am also proficient in Revit and have been using it alongside CAD for the past four years.
